Hand embroidery is a rich legacy of Bharat that we hold dear and create expertise in our atelier. At Aranyani, hand embroidery brings texture, light and depth to each creation.

The Atelier

About Hand Embroidery

Our artisans work with gold zari, a craft with at least 800 years of history, to create luminous lines, intricate motifs and richly detailed surfaces. The Ari work adds fluidity and precision, with a hooked needle guiding thread to leather to form delicate patterns and sculptural embellishments.

Tufting introduces softer, dimensional texture, creating tactile contrasts within the design. Crystals and pearls are placed by hand to add considered brilliance without overpowering the composition.

The result is an artwork of craft and couture, where every stitch contributes to the story of the piece. These works of art can take from 60 minutes to 6 full days of work.

Every piece carries a QR code that connects it to the artisan who made it.
