Refund policy

We hope your Aranyani piece becomes a companion for many years. If you change your mind, you have 14 days to return it for a full refund.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to begin a return for a full refund.

Condition

To be eligible for a refund, the piece must be returned within 14 days, in its original condition: clean, unworn, with all labels attached, and in its original packaging.

How to Return

Purchases made at the boutique can be returned in person at 21 Bruton Street, Mayfair, London, within the return period.

For online orders, write to brutonstreet@aranyani.com with your order number within the return period, and we will arrange your return.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, once the returned piece has been received and checked.

Exclusions

Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable.
